 Dr. Christine A. Stein, Au.D., CCC-A, is a New York State licensed audiologist and hearing aid dispenser. She is an active member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and a member of the Association of Dispensing Audiologists. She graduated from the University of Buffalo with a Bachelors Degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences in 1990, and a Masters Degree in Audiology in 1992.

Dr. Stein obtained her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Florida in 2004. She has seen patients in a wide variety of settings, including the school system at a school for the deaf, working with a large Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) physician's group, a single ENT, and in private practice.

Dr. Stein's philosophy when it comes to her patients is that if it is a problem for a patient, it is a problem for her. Dr. Stein works diligently until she finds an answer that is satisfactory to the patient. She has a reputation of providing the highest quality in Hearing Health Care.

   
  Donna Foster provides office support for Professional Hearing Solutions. She is responsible for your comfort and service while you are here at PHS. Anything you need or would like to discuss... she is here for you. Upon your arrival, she will obtain some information from you about your concerns and level of familiarity with our services. She will answer any questions she can about what we do and provide you with access to refreshments and literature.

When you are finished seeing the doctor, she will coordinate future visits and make sure all information is correct regarding billing, payments, and purchases. If at any time you need to ask questions of either Donna or Dr. Stein, please... stop us and ask!  We are here to make hearing easier, not intimidating.

Donna is originally from Boston. She lived in the Saratoga area for 16 years and has been in Rochester for 21 years. Previously, she worked in a dental office for 15 years, then in cardiology for 3 years and now with Dr. Stein. She has 2 children, whom with their spouses and her 3 grandchildren light up her life. She enjoys traveling, walking, music, live theater, the ocean and of course, playing with her grandchildren. She loves stories and hearing about travels and any thing else we might have in common.
